Apple increases iCloud+ subscription prices in Singapore and other markets

Apple has increased the subscription prices for the 50GB and 2TB iCloud+ plans.

If you're using the 50GB or 2TB iCloud+ storage plan, be prepared to pay more.

Apple has increased the subscription prices for two of the three iCloud+ plans in Singapore. The iCloud+ 50GB plan saw an increase of 20 cents from S$1.28/mth to S$1.48/mth while the iCloud+ 2TB plan saw a price hike of S$1 to S$13.98/mth.

Singapore is not the only country affected by the price hike. There are reports of similar or higher price hikes for iCloud+ subscribers in U.K, Poland, Sweden, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.

The price hikes could be due to the changes in foreign currency exchange rates as iCloud pricing remains the same in the U.S.

A snapshot of an archived webpage on 6 June 2023 shows a lower subscription price for the iCloud+ 50GB and 2TB plans.
