Google is turning up the heat on everyday AI use in Singapore with the launch of Google AI Plus, a new subscription plan designed to bring its most powerful generative tools to consumers and creators at a friendlier price point.
Priced at S$10.98 a month, the plan is now available to all users in Singapore and positions Google to compete more directly in the fast-crowding AI subscription space.
More creative firepower in Gemini
At the heart of Google AI Plus is deeper access to Gemini, Google’s flagship AI platform. Subscribers get higher usage limits for its image generation and editing model, affectionately nicknamed Nano Banana, which Google says is tuned for faster iteration and more refined visual output.
Video creation also gets a boost. Users gain access to Veo 3 Fast directly within the Gemini app, alongside Google’s newer AI filmmaking tools, Whisk and Flow. Together, they aim to lower the barrier for short-form video creation, storyboarding and experimental visual work, even for users without traditional editing skills.
AI built into everyday Google apps
One of the strongest selling points of Google AI Plus is how tightly it integrates with Google’s existing ecosystem. Gemini is embedded directly into Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets, allowing users to draft emails, summarise documents, analyse spreadsheets and brainstorm ideas without leaving the tools they already rely on daily.
Subscribers also receive 200GB of cloud storage shared across Google Photos, Google Drive and Gmail. The storage can be shared with up to five family members, adding practical value beyond AI features alone.
Early access and a local push
Google AI Plus includes enhanced access to Gemini 3 Pro, as well as early access to Gemini features in Google Chrome. This suggests Google is positioning the plan not just as a bundle of tools, but as a front-row seat to its next wave of AI development.
By rolling out the subscription in Singapore first, Google appears to be doubling down on the market’s strong appetite for productivity tools, creative software and cloud services. For users who already live inside Google’s ecosystem, AI Plus could be an easy upgrade that blends creativity, productivity and storage into a single monthly plan.

The pricing for Google’s new Google AI Plus plans for Singapore can be seen below. However do note that according to Google, certain AI benefits are only available for ages 18 and over. With regards to the “Higher Access” for certain apps, this can be from 100 to 300 prompts per day.
