Adding to its existing ZiiEagle Celestial-Shaw Library movie box, Vue Networks announced the immediate availability of the ZiiEagle Vision and ZiiEagle HD. ZiiEagle is Vue Network’s groundbreaking pre-loaded movie box solution that contains 668 feature films from the Celestial-Shaw Library. A world’s first, this device was launched in December 2010.

ZiiEagle Vision adds a 7” TFT display to the ZiiEagle movie box transforming it into the quintessential portable entertainment device, while the ZiiEagle HD includes more than 100 High Definition titles, fully restored in HD from the original prints. ZiiEagle Vision and ZiiEagle HD will both retail for $1,499, but will be on offer at Comex for an introductory price of $888.

Also previewing at Comex 2011 is Vü7, Vue Network’s first mobile entertainment tablet device designed specifically for mobile wireless entertainment. Vü7 is pre-loaded with a selection of documentary, kids entertainment, lifestyle, music video and sports & fitness programmes. In addition, useful applications such as a Chinese writing system, English dictionary, video mirroring function and the Vü On Demand content streaming application are included.

The 7” tablet runs on Google’s Android 2.2 operating system, offering a familiar and stable platform that is powered by ZiiLabs’ ZMS 08 processor. The Vü7 will retail for $399, but is available for pre-order at a special introductory price of $249, only at Comex.
