GoPro's Karma drone is back on sale today in the U.S
The GoPro Karma drone is now available for purchase on its website and select U.S retailers.
The GoPro Karma drone is back on retail shelves in the U.S from today. The Karma drone was recalled in November 2016 after a small number of Karma users reported incidents of power failure during operation.
Announced via a news release on its website, GoPro states that the Karma drone is the same model that was launched last year except for a redesigned battery latch. The battery clasp mechanism allows the user to return to his or her regularly programmed dronies. There is no upgrade or price cut for the re-launch.
Consumers outside of the U.S have to wait till spring (March to June). It is currently only available on GoPro.com and select U.S retailers. New functionalities are also going to be available in future software updates.
