Google and Yahoo Considering Hulu Purchase?

Google and Yahoo has met up with bankers for Hulu. Under a new owner, Hulu will also stand to gain capital to acquire more films and TV shows, upsetting competitors like NetFlix.

Robert Iger, President and CEO of Walt Disney Co., has said that the owners of the video-streaming service, Hulu, are "committed to selling". The sale would mean Hulu would become an independent buyer of movie and TV shows for online viewing, competing for content with Netflix, the current dominant subscription streaming service.
