“Donald” is one of the 11 new worst passwords used in 2018
SplashData published its annual list of top 25 worst passwords which include 11 new entries such as “Donald” and “sunshine”.
Based on a database of 5 million hacked passwords in the U.S and Europe, SplashData released the list of 2018's worst passwords which saw 11 new entries.
The 11 new entries are Donald, 111111, sunshine, princess, 666666, 654321, !@#$%^&*, charlie, aa123456, password1 and qwerty123. The top two slots are still 123456 and password. Below are the list of the top 10 worst password used:

- password
- 123456789
- 12345678
- 12345
- 111111
- 1234567
- sunshine
- qwerty
- iloveyou
SplashData also mentioned almost 10% of people have used at least one dumb password on the list and close to 3% have used 123456.
