The temporary closure of all Apple Stores outside of China comes shortly after its stores in China have reopened. Apple employees outside of China are encouraged to work remotely if their jobs allow. Extensive, deep cleaning will continue at all sites.

The company shared that it has committed $15 million to the global Covid-19 response to help treat infected patients and to help lessen the economic and community impacts of the coronavirus outbreak.
