Acer's wide range of IT products is carried by a few retailers at the PC Show, so you may keep bumping into Acer from time to time as you browse the show floor.

Want a desktop replacement with more than decent battery life? The 15.6-inch Aspire 5820TG, part of Acer's TimelineX series, claims more than 8 hrs of performance, thanks to its Core i5-430M processor and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 with switchable graphics. You'll also get Win 7 Home Premium. For the PC Show, it's going for $1398 with a free Norman Security suite and a choice of either free MS Office Home & Student Edition, free warranty upgrade or a free Acer external HDD.

One of the better notebook deals we saw is the Aspire 5741-352G50Mn Core i3-350M based, 15.6-inch notebook that's going for just $929. While it only has integrated graphics, it should be sufficient to play HD videos smoothly, and you'll get a 500GB HDD with 2GB RAM and Windows 7 Home Premium.

The top dog in Acer's offerings at the PC Show is this 18.4-inch Aspire 8943G, which has an Intel Core i7-720QM inside with a maximum of 8GB memory and dual 640GB HDD. It has a powerful ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5850 graphics card with a Blu-ray drive too, with a full HD capable LCD display. All this will set you back by $3498, and includes the free gifts like MS Office and an external HDD.

Acer's sole 'tablet' mode, the Aspire 1825PTZ has a low power Pentium SU4100 processor and has 2GB of RAM and a 320GB HDD. It supports multi-touch on its 11.6-inch display. With Win 7 Home Premium installed, this notebook goes for $1198.

Acer has a few AIO Touch PCs on show, but this Z5610 is limited to just 100 sets. It's an older model though with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 CPU with NVIDIA's GeForce GT210M graphics. You'll find 4GB of memory with a 1TB HDD and a full 23-inch full HD multi-touch screen. It's going for $1699

For the business user, Acer has a pretty affordable solution here. The TravelMate 4740 has a Core i3-350M processor with integrated HD graphics, 2GB RAM and a 250GB HDD. This 14-inch notebook is installed with Win 7 Professional and has a DVD drive integrated. It costs $1098 with free Norman Security suite.

Acer's netbook at the PC Show is the Aspire one 10.1-inch model, which has an Intel Atom N450 processor with 1GB of RAM. It comes with Win 7 Starter and a 250GB HDD. A 6-cell battery ensures that it will last you for quite some time on the go, which is very likely given its 1.25kg weight. It's retailing at $499.

If you're still tied under a contract with a telco and longing for the Acer Liquid Android smartphone, it's available directly from Acer for $599 ($640.93 with GST) at the PC Show. Free gifts worth up to $227 are thrown in as sweetener, including a bluetooth headset and a 16GB microSD card.

The Axioo booth can be found on level 4.

The Axioo Pico series are selling at $459, coming with either an Intel Atom Processor N280 1.66GHz or H450 1.66GHz. Both come with 1GB of RAM, 250GB HDD and a 10.1" wide screen.

The Zetta MMT P332 has a 13.3" wide screen, an Intel Pentium Processor SU2700 1.30GHz, 3GB of RAM, a 120GB HDD and free portable HDD and optical mouse. For $1199.

The Zetta MNS 4432 gives you a free upgrade to 4GB RAM, portable HDD, optical mouse and speaker. For $929, you get a 14.1" screen, with an Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 2.40GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and a 320GB HDD.

Aztech's featuring a launch price of $119 for this HW553 3G Wireless-N router. Only 60g, and they're giving away a free WL552USB wireless-N adapter with every purchase while stocks last.

The HW550-3G is a wireless-N router going for only $79 (U.P. $99).

HomePlugs anyone? Aztech's offering HomePlugs going from $159 (HL110EW) to $45 (HL106E).

Though home to an array of miscellaneous gadgets, Belkin's main focus is on routers and Internet phones. Swing by if you have to get these products.

Loves Skyping? Belkin has a Wi-Fi Phone for Skype that enables users to enjoy free, unlimited phones without the need for a computer. Priced at $159.

Looking for an N Wireless router? The Belkin N Wireless Router comes with AP mode, and a reconnect button. Priced at $59.

In need of printers? Brother is at your side - and more, offering label printers and sewing machines.

Looking for a multipurpose 6-in-1 printer? The speedy MFC-255CW prints with a 30ppm (mono) and 25ppm (color) and comes with wireless connectivity. Priced at $198 and comes with 2-year extended carry-in warranty and trolley.

Looking for an Inkjet printer? The DCP-165C allows direct photo printing from PictBridge-enabled cameras, media cards and USB flash memory drives. Comes at a sweet price of $98.

The PT-1290 electronic labeller comes with a 15-character LCD display, and 15 stylish Deco mode designs. For $59.90, you get a free $12 Nets FlashPay card.

Looking for a quick, fuss-free and reliable router? D-Link might leave you spoiled for choices.

Looking for a NAS Drive? The DNS-323 2 Bay SATA-II comes with easy installation without tools, and a built-in FTP and iTunes Server. Priced at $199, with BitTorrent download.

The DIR-825 Wireless Xtreme-N Dual Band Gigabit Router is as named - equipped with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands, it also comes with Shareport Technology that enables you to share your harddrive's contents. Priced at $199.

The DIR-655 Wireless-N Gigabit Router comes with built-in 4 Gigabit Ports, Shareport Technology and provides a wireless speed up to 300Mbps. Priced at $169.

Looking for a capable wireless Internet camera? The DCS-2121 comes with a MegaPixel CMOS sensor, and supports viewing on mobile devices for ultimate convenience. Priced at $199.

Like some other vendors, you can find booths selling Dell products at multiple locations at the PC Show.

The Dell Studio XPS 9000 desktop has a very decent Core i7-920 quad-core processor with 6GB of memory and a 1TB HDD. It comes with a full HD 24-inch widescreen display powered by NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 260 inside. Dell's premier service support is also provided for 1 year for this $1999 desktop machine.

For those who prefer a more petite desktop system, the Dell Inspiron 580 fits the bill, with its Core i5-750 processor, 6GB of memory and a 1TB HDD to complement its 23-inch full HD widescreen monitor. NVIDIA's GeForce GT220 graphics card is found within, sufficient for HD playback. For this, you'll need to pay $1549.

For a stylish desktop replacement notebook, the Dell Studio XPS 16 is an attractive option with its Core i7-720QM processor with 6GB of RAM and a 640GB HDD. It's powered by an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 and has a 15.6-inch full HD WLED display. It goes for $2699 with a free Targus carrying case and McAfee Security Center.

The Dell Inspiron 15R is a more affordable 15.6-inch notebook with a Core i5-450M processor with 2GB of RAM and a 320GB HDD. It has an ATI Mobility HD 5470 graphics and goes for just $1299.

Dell's enthusiast range, Alienware is at the PC Show too, with this 15-inch M15x model going for just $2599. That will fetch you a capable gaming machine with a Core i7-720QM processor and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M graphics.

While Dell was advertising its refreshed Alienware notebooks, we found the older M11x model on sale at one of Dell's booths, which has a SU7300 processor instead of a Core i5-520UM. It has 4GB of memory with a 500GB HDD and an NVIDIA GeForce GT335M graphics card. Battery life is claimed to be around the 4 hour mark. This older model goes for $1899, $100 less than the newer Core i5 version.

The Dell Inspiron 580s provides great value for the home user, with its slim chassis and a 18.5-inch widescreen display thrown in. You get a decent system with a Core i3-540 processor with 4GB of memory and a 500GB HDD. Price: $1098.

The star of Eastgear's show is the new Holux GPSmile 62F. This 5-inch model comes with Galactio PAPAGO! X3 software that allows traffic updates to be downloaded in real-time. How does this happen, you ask? Not with a SIM card, but through RDS-TMC, the same system by which you see your station name in your car radio. The 62F is powered by the latest SiRF Atlas IV chipset.

The Holux GPSmile 62F costs $259 with 2 years of traffic updates. SLA Official Singapore maps are loaded, with unlimited updates provided, and Holux users also enjoy free rental of overseas maps.

We must admit the 62F's iPhone-like interface is quite impressive. If you don't need traffic updates, the price drops to $199. But hurry, as it's limited to 20 units each at 12pm, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm.

EastGear are also known for the Maha PowerEX range of rechargeable batteries. As with previous shows, you can bring along 4 old rechargeable AA batteries and get a pack of brand new Imedion ready-to-use rechargeables at $16.

Photographers on a budget may want to check out Nissin compatible camera flashes and Phottix wireless remotes, grips and flash diffusers.

We're sure all you Apple fans would love to own more accessories or even get more Apple products, so here's what you might want to check out at Epicentre's booth level 3.

Whether you own an iPod, iPod touch or an iPhone, you can get some use out of this Memorex Mi4290 dock for all three Apple portable devices. Priced at $129 (usual price $149), the Mi4290 also comes with FM radio, wireless remote and a clock.

You definitely can't go wrong with white. And for all the white lovers out there, this 13-inch MacBook with a 2.26GHz processor is also one of the best buys at Epicentre. For every purchase you make, you'll also get to choose a 2.5-inch 320GB external HDD ,or get an upgrade to 4GB RAM.

And if you do find yourself wanting more storage for your MacBooks, look out for some HDD deals from Iomega. For $75, you can get a 320GB Iomega Select Portable drive

Looking for some serious computing firepower? The iMacs available at the Epicentre booth is set to entice you. From $1,788 to $3,398 for various configurations such as Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 i-5 varieties, you'll also get a Canon AIO printer, CLCD cleaning kit, and various other freebies for an additional $39.

Itching to get an iPod touch, even though you know the iPhone 4 is coming to Singapore? Then check out the latest iPod touch for $308, $468 and $628 for the 8GB, 32GB and 64GB variants.

Find printers galore at the Epson booth, level 4.

The Epson Stylus Photo T50 does color printing, including 4R photos, for $148 (U.P. $198).

The Epson Stylus Office T40W gives you wireless printing for $148 (U.P. $188).

For something more feature-packed, the TX700W prints, scans and copies with wireless connectivity, for $398.

Marked as a star buy, the Stylus TX110 is a multi-function printer, scanner and copier, all for only $98 - shaving $50 off its usual price of $148.

Another Epson star buy, the TX210 does printing, scanning and copying for $128 (U.P. $198).

HP's booths offered competitive prices for its notebooks and desktops, but we found only a limited number of models on show, compared to the ones in their brochures.

The HP s5380d Slimline PC is very affordable at $1099 for a Core i3-530 processor with 2GB of RAM and a 320GB HDD. It comes with a 20-inch HP widescreen display powered by its ATI Radeon HD 4350 graphics card. Norman Security Suite is included for free.

HP's TouchSmart PC has an integrated 23-inch touchscreen powered by an Intel Core i3-330M processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and a 500GB HDD. The graphics is an NVIDIA GeForce GT230 1GB card and there's even an integrated TV tuner with remote control within. In all, expect to pay around $2099.

Everyone at the HP booths were heavily pushing the dm4, a 14-inch Core i5-430 based notebook using ATI's Mobility Radeon HD 5450. 2GB of RAM and a 500GB HDD complete this Win 7 Home Premium machine. With its 6-cell battery, it's capable of up to 6.5 hours of battery life in its 2kg package. Best of all, it's just $1399.

Another popular item pushed by HP promoters is the 13.3-inch dv3, which costs a bit more at $1599 but it does have a Core i7-720QM processor with 2GB of RAM and a 320GB HDD. It has the same ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450 graphics.

This HP notebook has a dual-core AMD Turion X2 mobile processor ZM-86, with 2GB of RAM and 320GB HDD. It goes for just $1099 and comes with free gifts like a stereo headset, carrying case, Norman Security suite and even a free download package of 1000 songs.

The dm1 notebook is a 11.6-inch Celeron powered (SU2300) notebook with 2GB of RAM and a 320GB HDD. Integrated graphics is from Intel (4500MHD) while you'll get Win 7 Home Premium. All this for $799.

The HP LaserJet Pro M1212nf AIO printer is one of HP's newer products at the PC Show and costs $378 with a free trolley thrown in.

Another popular model, the HP Officejet 6500 is a wireless capable AIO printer going for $369 instead of $399. It also comes with freebies including a trolley, extended one-year warranty and a $30 NTUC voucher.

The star buy from HP printer, the HP Deskjet F2480 AIO is going for $99 with a free 1-year extended warranty.

The HP Officejet 4500 Desktop AIO here is able to print up to 28ppm and costs $189. A free 1-year extended warranty is included.

Notebook hunters - get ready to be spoilt for choice at the Lenovo booth.

There's two ultraportables that should be high on the list for the Lenovo booth. First, the newer Lenovo S10-3t tablet, armed with an Intel Atom N450 processor (1.66GHz) and loaded with Microsoft Windows 7 Starter. If the S10-3t's pricing at $849 is too steep fpr your liking, you can choose to purchase its non-tablet version, the Lenovo S10-3 for $549.

If you're in the market for something more powerful, look out for the Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 and Y560, both of which run on the latest Intel Core i-7 processors. Priced at $2,499 and $2,799 respectively, the Y560 would be your choice if you wish to have an option to play Blu-ray discs on your IdeaPad.

For some fuss-free computing in a space saving form factor, get the integrated Lenovo IdeaCentre A300, priced at $1,599 (usual price $1,899). Armed with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor (2.2GHz), 4GB DDR3 RAM and a 500GB SATA HDD, the IdeaCentre A300 comes with a 21.5-inch screen and will be bundled with a multi-burner drive worth $149.

Go for something more juiced up, such as the Lenovo IdeaCentre B500, loaded with an Intel Core 2 Quad processor Q8400s (2.66GHz) and Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium. Never worry about space constraint with its 1TB HDD and get smooth operation with its 4GB DDR3 RAM, all for $1,799 (usual price $2,099).

For something easier on the wallet with average computing power, there's the Lenovo G460, priced at $849 (usual price $1,149). Features found on the G460 includes an Intel Pentium processor (1.86GHz), Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, 2GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB SATA HDD and a 14-inch display.

Hop by Lexmark's booth for printer deals, and they claim to have the world's lowest black in cost to help you save money!

First up, the 4-in-1 Lexmark Pro905, which has won a gold award from HWM with its 33ppm mono and 30 ppm color capabilities, built-in business card scanner feature and a 4.3-inch touch screen. All for just $599.

Next on the menu is probably the item you will want to get if you are on a budget, which is their star buy product, the Lexmark X5650, an easy to use 4-in-1 printer that does 25ppm mono and 18ppm color for just $99.

Last but not least, it's the Lexmark Pro708, which at $369 is a pretty good deal considering it is a winner of our HWM/HardwareZone.com Tech Awards 2010 Editor's Choice category. 33ppm mono, 30ppm color and business card scanning features make this the ideal printer for your home office.

If you're looking for Cisco Linksys products, don't worry, you should be able to find them easily at the various booths.

Let's start with the best deal, the Linksys WRT120N Wireless-N Home Router at just $59 and for another $40, you can get a Linksys WUSB100 RangePlus Wireless Network USB adapter.

Need a NAS to store and organize your media files? The Linksys NMH405 will only set you back by $269 and comes with a 500GB HDD.

Besides sitting colorful, the X200-L netbook from LG comes with a 10" screen, 2GB of RAM (after free upgrade), an Intel Atom N470 1.83GHz processor, 250GB HDD and all for only $799.

For $999, you can get an LG T280-L with an Intel Pentium 1.30GHz processor, an 11.6" display, 2GB RAM and 320GB HDD. For $1199 you can get the T280-G with an Intel Core 2 Duo 1.30GHz processor and 500GB HDD (after free upgrade).

For thin netbooks, check out the T380 series. The T380-L goes for $999 (U.P. $1299) while the T380-G goes at $1199 (U.P. $1499).

The new X140-L netbook features an Intel Atom N470 1.83GHz processor, 10.1" display, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD and Windows 7 Starter for $699 (3G model available at $799).

Looking for monitors? The LG W2753 is a 27" widescreen LCD with a 50,000:1 contrast ratio, Full HD native resolution and a 2ms fast response time. $568, usual price $698.

Maybe the 21.5" LG E2250 with a contrast ratio of 5000000:1? Only for $308 (U.P. $368).

The LG E2040 is a more affordable option, an LED LCD 20" widescreen monitor with 5000000:1 contrast ratio and 5ms response time.

If you enjoy living large, this 50" plasma TV from LG is available at the show, usual price $1999, show price available at the counter.

This 32" Full HD LCD TV (model LD460), is going for $100 less than its usual price at $699.

The LG LE5500 is a 42" Full HD LED TV going for $2299 (U.P. $2599).

Another 42" TV, but this one's LCD. The LD420 is at $999, instead of its usual price of $1149.

Fancy plasma instead? This 50" Full HD PK950 Plasma TV usual price is $3499 but it's going for $3099 at the PC Show.

Can't wait to go 3D in your living room? LG's 55" LX9500 3D Full HD LED TV shaves $800 off its usual price, going at $7199 and comes with 2 LG 3D glasses and a 3D Blu-ray player BX580 (these extras also come with the LG LX6500).

For great deals on broadband packages, be sure to pay M1 a visit.

Get a free HP Pavilion dm4 notebook when you sign up for a 15Mbps ADSL and a Value mobile phone plan for $68.90/month. Alternatively, you can also get the notebook by signing up for a 1000Mbps cable home broadband and 2Mbps broadband for $98.42/month.

For the budget conscious, get a free Acer Aspire One Slim netbook when you sign up for a 15Mbps home broadband and 2Mbps mobile broadband for $58.36/month. Customers can also choose to upgrade to a more powerful Acer Aspire Slim A0721 for $199.

If none of these special promotions interest you, you'll be happy to know that home broadband packages are on discounts.

Various Nokia phones can be had from as low as $0 when you sign up with M1.

Pay only $98 for a Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 when you sign up for a M1 Lite Plan.

For all your router needs, McLogic's booth is the place to go.

The DSL1015EN 25Mbps ADSL 2/2+ modem from Aztech is going at nearly half-price! $79 (U.P. $158).

Ultra-fast Gigabit speed homeplug Ethernet adapters from Aztech is retailing at $109 (U.P. $129). To add, two can be had at the special price of $199.

Create WiFi hotspots using your 3G mobile broadband with the Aztech Wireless-N mobile router. Now for $119 (U.P. $139) and even comes with a free WL552 USB adapter.

Looking for headphones? Head down to Orange Communication's booth, where you will be greeted with a variety of audio products.

Foldable and made of lightweight touch material, the Urbanears Plattan Headphones also come with an in-line microphone and controller customized for iPhone users. Priced at $89.10 after discount.

Perfect for the Marvel diehard fan, the Coloud Marvel Collection Headphones showcases original artworks from popular comics like Iron Man, and X-men. The peripheral features 40mm power drivers, and a frequency range of 20Hz to 20001 Hz. Priced at $71.10 after discount.

There's a pair of a-JAYS for everyone. All a-JAYS One, Two and Three come with Titanium coated diaphragm (TCD) technology and a tangle-free 115cm cord, stereo splitter and more. Priced at $58, $78, and $98 respectively.

Besides the usual suspects, Oki is also a printer brand that offers some affordable and efficient devices.

Priced at $799. you'll be paying for good print quality and speeds with the Oki C3530MFP. How so? This A4 multi-function color printer can reach speeds of 20ppm or 16ppm for mono or color prints respectively, and is network ready to hook up your office workstations together.

If you have the budget to spare, go for the best, like this Oki MC560 A4 digital LED color MFP. For $1,299, you can print, copy, scan and fax with the MC560, and get printing speeds of up to 32 and 20 ppm for mono and color prints respectively.

You'll also find cheap and affordable printers. Under $100, the Oki B2200 priced at $99 comes with printing speeds of up to 20ppm for mono prints and comes with a 3-year carry-in warranty.

Hot off the press is the Oki MB460, priced at $499. The multi-functional printer lets you print, copy and scan to FTP, email, TWAIN and CIFS, with an integrated duplex feed and is network ready.

Welcome to the Olympus booth, where you'll find a wide variety of cameras, from the good-looking ones, to the tough and rugged series, and Micro Four Thirds for the professional users.

Lighten just that little bit from your wallet for this affordable Olympus T-100, priced at $228. Should you choose to bring the T-100 home, you get a camera capable of 12-megapixel imaging resolution, 3x optical zoom and an Intelligent Auto mode that makes imaging that much easier.

Available in black, silver, pink and blue, the Olympus mju 5010 presents itself as a stylish camera for just $398. Features on the mju 5010 includes a 14-megapixel sensor, 4x optical zoom and a 26mm wide-angle lens with dual image stabilization.

The widely popular Micro Four Thirds camera, the Olympus E-P1, makes another appearance at the PC Show. You could opt to pay just $898 for the E-P1 body, or get the bundled single lens kit (28-84mm) for $998. Features found on the E-P1 includes a 12.3-megapixel sensor, built-in image stabilizer and art filters for movie and still images.

Traditional photographers would probably take to the Olympus E-620, priced at $1,298 and $1,498 for the single and twin lens kit respectively. The E-620 allows you to record images at four different apsect ratios, armed with a 12.3-megapixel sensor that does 24 AF points group into 7 positions.

What would be an Olympus booth without the mandatory of its tough and rugged series. Displayed here is the Olympus mju T6020, upgraded with more rugged features: shockproof up to 1.5m and waterproof up to 5m. Its imaging features include a 14-megapixel sensor, 5x optical zoom and a 28mm wide-angle lens.

The range-topping R6600 is powered by Papago's easy-to-use X3 navigation software and comes with built-in RDS-TMC for real-time traffic updates, voice activation commands and Bluetooth connectivity. $359.

For the more budget conscious, the Papago R6100 can be yours for $339. However, this model does not come with real-time traffic updates.

Philips is offering a wide range of TVs and sound bars to spruce up your home entertainment system.

The 42PFL7409 42-inch full HD LCD TV features Philips' Pixel Precise HD engine, 100Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time and a healthy dose of four HDMI connectors.

This 46-inch full HD LED TV is enjoying a huge discount on its $3999 usual price. Philips won't disclose the price to us, but we were told its in the region of $2800.

Sound bars are a quick way to add oomph to your existing home entertainment setup. This HTS9140 sound bar can also play Blu-ray and is DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD compatible. Now going $1599 (U.P. $1699).

For a modern touch to your living quarters, check out Philips' digital photo frames. These 7-inch ones are relatively affordable at $159 (U.P. $190).

Prolink was showing off their networking equipment as well as laptops named... Glee. Here come the references to that hit TV show!

The 10-inch Glee UW2 is a pretty normal netbook which packs an Intel Atom N450 processor, a 250GB hard drive and 1GB of RAM which Prolink claim is upgradable to 2GB. $449 gets you the 3-cell battery version and $469, the 6-cell version. We're sure you'll be Berry interested. (Zing!)

Buyers of the Glee netbook will be entered for a draw to win this new model worth $1,399, which features an Intel Core i5-370M processor, 2GB of RAM and a 320GB hard drive.

Goodies include the PWH2004 Wireless-N and HSPA router for $62, as well as the H5004N ADSL Wireless-N router for just $78. Prolink also offers their Homeplug power-line Ethernet adaptors for $50 each or $89 for a pair.

Most bargain hunters will know that IT fairs like PC Show are a good source of deals for portable HDDs, so be sure to hop over to Seagate's booth.

HDD deals can be had here if you want - 3.5-inch external FreeAgent Desk 1.5TB for $189, FreeAgent Go 500GB for $129. NAS drives are also availble, the BlackArmor NAS 110 with 1TB can be had for just $299.

Need a cheap wireless extender that you can use in the office? Grab the ZyXel WAP3205 that's just $99 and features multiple SSID for different access privileges.

While it looks the same as the previous item, this one's actually a Wireless N Router, the NBG-419N that's really cheap at $59.

The star buy of ZyXel's booth is this NSA-221 2 bay NAS that costs just $199. You will need to get your own HDDs, but that shouldn't be a problem at PC Show, no?

The booth to hit for all your storage and media playing needs - Western Digital.
