After an explosive launch of the Apple M1 silicon last year and seeing what it is capable of, expectations were riding high at Apple's first launch of 2021 with a Spring Loaded event at 1am, earlier today. Apple iPad Pro (2021) - Everyone guessed that a new top-of-the-line iPad will make its debut today, but nobody could fathom that Apple would take the M1 silicon and stash it in their tablet, instantly obliterating any and all doubt that Apple is the king of the tablet market. The larger 12.9-inch version also gets a super massive display upgrade using thousands of mini-LEDs to drive its backlight and deliver over 1,000 nits of brightness and an amazing 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio.
