The Tech Show 2019 highlights (Updated!)

Monitors

Acer

The Acer Nitro VG270 is a Full-HD monitor with a 75Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. Usually priced at S$298, you can pick one up here for S$228.

 

Acer's ED242QR is a 23.6-inch Full0HD 1080p resolution monitor that has 1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution as well as FreeSync support. It is on sale now for S$208 (U.P. S$498). 

 

ASUS

The ASUS ROG XG32VQ is a 32-inch curved gaming monitor with ultra-fast 144Hz refresh rate. The 124% sRGB colour space gamut allows for a wider range of life-like, vibrant colours. It still has FreeSync technology for no-tearing visuals. Attendees at the Tech Show can get this on sale at S$829 (U.P S$899).

 

This ASUS ROG VP278H is a 27-inch 1080p monitor with a 1ms response time. It has two HDMI inputs and even comes with a built-in speaker. All for just S$209 (U.P. S$279) and it even comes with a free ASUS backpack.

 

LG

The LG 34UC99 34-inch QHD curved ultra-wide monitor supports FreeSync, has built-in speakers, and accepts a variety of I/Os, including HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2, and USB-C, and USB 3.0. It’s going for S$1,099 (U.P. S$1499) at the show.

 

The LG 24MK600M has a virtually borderless 24-inch Full-HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) IPS Display. It supports FreeSync and it is going at the Tech Show 2019 for only S$138 (U.P. S$199), much less than the previous show's price of S$169.

 

MSI

The MSI Optix Mag321Curv has a blend of a 60Hz refresh rate, 4ms response time, 300cd/m2 brightness, to provide the most premium 4K resolution for your gaming needs. It is going for S$899 at the Tech Show. 

 

The MSI MAG271CR curved gaming monitor is going for S$389 (U.P S$499) at the Tech Show 2019. This curved 27-inch display has Full-HD resolution, with 144Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync support!

 

Pixxel+

The Pixxel+ Extreme XC24HD from Armageddon has a 144Hz refresh rate, 4ms response time, Full-HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels and a R1800 curvature to the screen. At the Tech Show 2019, it is going for S$199 (U.P. S$249).

 

The Pixxel+ Xtreme XC32HD FHD gaming monitor from Armageddon has a Full-HD screen with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, a refresh rate of 165Hz, and a speedy 1ms response time. The price at the Tech Show 2019 is a low S$399 down from a usual price of S$699. 

 

Prism+

Aftershock's branded Prism+ display has its Prism+ F270i Pro on sale for S$449 (U.P S$599) at the tech show. It has a 27-inch IPS-type (AHVA) panel, a 2,560 x 1,440-pixel resolution, and a 144Hz refresh rate. Grey-to-grey response time is rated at 5ms. 

 

The Prism+ X340 from Aftershock is a 34-inch curved gaming monitor with a 3,440 x 1,440-pixel resolution. It supports up to 144Hz refresh rate (but only up to a resolution of 2,560 x 1,080 pixels) and the panel touts 100% sRGB coverage. Going for S$599 (U.P: $1,268).
