While the consensus wasn't that clear cut at the lower resolutions, by the time we reached 1280 x 1024 in Quake 4, the top cards, in this case, the overclocked ones had surged ahead. In fact, most of the overclocked cards, including the Sapphire Platinum Edition posted identical frame rates at 1600 x 1200. The rest however, had to be content with more 'ordinary' scores, if scoring more than 50 frames at 1600 x 1200 with anti-aliasing in Quake 4 can ever be called that.
