The new Jabra Elite 25e is a neckband style headphone for wireless calls and music that has the stamina for up to 18 hours of battery life on a single charge.

It features a built-in wind-protected microphone for optimal call quality outdoors, and a dedicated button for activating voice control so you have one-touch access to Siri and Google Now. Good that there’s no favoritism ;)

On the other side, three simple buttons let you control music playback.

The new ear gel design is meant to provide a more secure and comfortable fit with less audio leakage.

The headset itself is IP54 rated against wind and water, while the all-plastic design makes it extremely light on the neck.

The Jabra Elite 25e will be available in early November for S$138 from all the usual authorized Jabra distributors.

Meanwhile, the upgraded Jabra Elite Sport features a new Lime Green Grey colorway, with a Black version available in early November.

The acoustics are essentially the same as the earlier version, but battery life has been greatly improved to 4.5 hours on a single charge (the previous version only managed three hours), with an additional two full charge cycles supported by the carrying case.
