The Lenovo Legion Y730 is one of the most tastefully-designed gaming notebooks around. Its simple, minimalist design makes it suitable for use in the office, but its RGB backlit keyboard ensures it retains that extra bit of flair that gamers want. In addition, the slim bezels framing its display help ensure a sleeker look and more immersive experience.

The chiclet keyboard has a 1.7mm travel distance that feels pretty good to type on. It also supports per-key lighting customizations, so you can tweak it to suit your specific preferences. In comparison, the Y530 only offers white backlighting.

The exhaust vents at the side are illuminated as well, so the laptop can hardly be called plain despite its more minimalist approach. The 15.6-inch Y730 is also thinner than the Y530, measuring 19.9mm thick versus the latter's 23.9mm.

Other than the Legion branding, the lid of the Y730 is blissfully simple.

The Lenovo Legion Y730 desktop PC features a transparent side panel that lets you show off your hardware and interior lighting in the chassis.

The T730 supports optional closed-loop liquid cooling for the CPU.
