A small AddWash door allows users to pause the washing machine and add laundry to the washing machine. This allows users to add forgotten laundry to the washing machine or add hand-washed items for rinsing. Users can also use the AddWash door to add additional softener anytime during the cycle.

Though the new AddWash washing machines have an easy to use control panel, they are also compatible with Smart Control, which allows users to monitor and control them using their Android and iOS devices. Receive alerts when washing is complete, or even start washing while you are on the way home.

The new AddWash washing machines are available now and are offered in two sizes - 9L and 12L. Prices will begin from S$1,399.

Samsung also announced new two-door refrigerators that feature their Twin Cooling Plus technology. These refrigerators have independent evaporators for their fridge and freezer compartments which prevent smells from food from traveling from one compartment to the other. In addition, it also allows users to be flexible with their cooling needs.

Twin Cooling Plus technology allows users to turn the freezer compartment into another fridge compartment. Or, they could also opt to turn it off entirely. Likewise, the fridge compartment can be turned off completely, leaving only the freezer compartment working. In all, five different configurations are possible.

Twin Cooling Plus also helps keep moisture levels up in the fridge. Humidity levels can be maintained at around 70% as compared to just 30% in most other refrigerators. This means food can be kept fresh for longer. A handy control panel on the door lets users quickly adjust the temperature of the fridge and freezer compartments. In addition, the power freeze and power cool functions allows users to quickly cool food down.

The new two-door refrigerators with Twin Cooling Plus technology will be available in three distinct models - RT5000K, RT6000K and RT-7000K. There will also be 8 capacities in total ranging from 320 liters to 580 liters. These refrigerators are available now with prices beginning from S$1,399.
