S7 Delights is a carnival by Samsung, celebrating the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge in Singapore. It’s located in VivoCity from 3 March to 6 March 2016, 10A.M. to 10P.M.

The carnival consists of various different zones, showcasing the latest and the greatest by Samsung. The first zone has booths for the Samsung Gear VR.

The Samsung Gear 360 portable VR camera is also available at the first zone. You can finally try it out like how we did here.

In the second zone sits a mesmerizing BMW i8 that’s paired to a Samsung Galaxy S7.

The BMW i8 can be controlled remotely via the BMW i Remote app on the smartphone. The ones displayed here are actually paired – we tried the horn and it was resoundingly effective.

The third zone had two displays for Samsung Pay, and how it works in our everyday lives. The first one uses a supermarket setting.

The second Samsung Pay display emulates how going cashless would feel like in one of the many hipster cafes littered across Singapore.

Samsung Pay will be supported by DBS, OCBC, and Standard Chartered in Singapore. The cashless feature uses conventional magnetic strip card readers in most retail outlets. It’s expected to arrive in Singapore this year.

The area at the back is a Samsung Service Clinic, where Samsung users can go for a quick diagnostic test for their existing phones.

There will be demonstrations of repair work done by Samsung Customer Service Consultants on Samsung Galaxy phones. These consultants play a huge role in Samsung Concierge too.

Here's a brief overview of Samsung Concierge. For more information, you can read about the premium after-sales service here.

There will be various contests across all the different sections, as well as celebrity appearances from 5 P.M. to 6 P.M. on the 5th and 6th of March 2016.
