LG's Booth

LG's Booth

Notebooks, monitors, TVs and home entertainment systems are what you'll find at LG's booth on level 4.

We first spotted the LG R490-K, priced at $1,211 (usual price $1,499). This notebook is powered by the Intel Core i3-330M processor 2.13GHz and comes with a 14-inch screen at 16:9 aspect ratio. Memory capacity is rated at 4GB DDR3 RAM and a 320GB HDD within.

Notebook hunters should check out the LG X130, priced at $549. For that price, you get an Intel Atom N280 processor, Microsoft Windows 7 Starter, a 10.1-inch screen, 1GB DDR2 RAM and a 250GB HDD.

Sleek monitors such as the LG W1954TEPF are a common sight at the LG booth. This 19-inch screen comes with a 2ms response time and dynamic contrast ratio of 50,000:1 at 1440 x 900 resolution. Price to pay for this? A reasonable $198.

Next up - plasma TVs from LG. Like all other booths, plasma TVs are being slashed down, and for the LG 42PQ30R 42-inch plasma TV, you'll need not pay more than $1,398 for it. Do note that this model is only HD ready.

Going full HD? Go higher, and aim for LG's new LED TVs. Here we have the LG 42SL90 42-inch LED TV. Expect prices lower than its usual $3,399 to enjoy this LED TV with 2ms response time, 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 4 HDMI ports.
