Samsung's Booth - Part 1

Samsung's Booth - Part 1

We guarantee you, there's a whole bucket load of bargains at the Samsung booths. Yes, three booths that offer a range of LCD monitors, printers, mobile phones, cameras and portable media players.

Once again, we see more monitor prices slashed. For Samsung, the full HD 24-inch Samsung 2433BW is priced at S$399 and comes with both analog and DVI interfaces.

If 24-inches is too generous for your taste (and out of the intended budget), go for the 23-inch Samsung 2333SW full HD LCD monitor that's priced slightly cheaper at S$289.

Going for a lower budget? Just spend slightly above S$200, and you'll get the 20-inch Samsung 2033SW capable of 1600 x 900 resolution at a mere S$208. Comes with a free DVI cable too.

Save the trees? You'll save yourself some money instead of the trees if you want to purchase the Samsung CLX-3175 3-in-1 multifunction color laser printer. For the price of S$598 (a savings of S$50), you also get a free Samsung black toner for this 16 page per minute (mono) printer.

Space-saving printers such as the Samsung SCX-4300 should go well for those of you who are short on desk real estate. The S$198 mono laser printer prints at speeds of up to 18 pages per minute and comes with a 3-year carry-in warranty.

Budget not a concern, but performance is? Then there's the Samsung CLP-610ND that comes at a whooping S$1388. This color laser printer was the proud winner of our HWM's Gold Award for its high speed printing and high monthly duty of 65000 pages, so you can be assured of its printing delivery.

Mobile phones are just as well-received at the Samsung booths. The popular Samsung Omnia has been one of the star buys for the past few IT fairs, and once more, it comes in at a decent S$729.
