Windows Vista Results - 3DMark06

Beginning with 3DMark06, we noticed that both cards recorded comparable scores. The ASUS ENGTX285 TOP was a tad slower due to its lower clock speeds, while the MSI N285GTX-OC and Zotac GeForce GTX 285 AMP! Edition were more closely matched. Despite being factory-overclocked, the scores of both cards were not that much higher than a reference-clocked GeForce GTX 285.

Also of note is the substantial difference in scores between our two GeForce GTX 285 cards and ATI's high-end offerings, namely the Radeon HD 4870 X2 and Radeon HD 4870. If this is an accurate indication of things to come, we should see our two cards recording scores somewhere between a Radeon HD 4870 X2 and Radeon HD 4870.
