Today is Amazon Prime Day, which is basically Black Friday in July! For the first time, Singapore is participating in the deal extravaganza, which is active now until midnight tomorrow. Here's some of our picks for the best deals available.

As a reminder, to access these deals, you'll have to use the Prime Now app, as there isn't an Amazon Singapore website.

If you're not already a Prime member, you can start a 30-day free trial at www.amazon.com.sg. You can even cancel your subscription after you're done shopping. A monthly subscription to Amazon Prime in Singapore costs S$8.99/month; however, it is currently available for a promotional price of S$2.99/month.

PSA: If you use a Visa credit card to pay for your Amazon Prime Day order, you'll also receive an additional discount:

  • For new Prime members:
    • Visa card holders will enjoy S$30 off a minimum purchase of S$60
    • All other card holders will enjoy S$15 off a minimum purchase of S$60

Samsung Gear Sport Smartwatch

Huawei P10 64GB

The Huawei P10 is a 5.1-inch smartphone with a Full HD LCD display, powered by a Hi-Silicon Kirin 960 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM. Netgear RBK40 Orbi Mini Home Wi-Fi System

The Netgear RBK40 Orbi Mini is a more compact version of Netgear's Orbi Mesh Wi-Fi system and consists of a pair of units (a router and a satellite) with a dedicated Wi-Fi band between them. The pair work in tandem to extend the coverage, as well as improve the performance, of your home Wi-Fi. The Orbi Mini has a coverage area of 4,000 sq ft and has a bandwidth of 867Mbps.

Fossil Q Crewmaster FTW1126 Hybrid Smartwatch

If you want a smartwatch that doesn't look like a smartwatch, check out the Fossil Q Crewmaster. This smartwatch looks like a regular sailing watch, but it actually features built-in activity tracking, calorie counting, notifications, sleep tracking, and you can use it to control your smartphone (e.g. to take a picture).

Bose QuietComfort QC35 Series 1

The Bose QuietComfort 35 has been generally regarded as the definitive wireless, Active Noise-Cancelling (ANC) headphones to buy. These cans pack a miniaturized microphone array that continuously measure, compare, and react to outside noises within milliseconds, sending an equal and opposite signal to cancel that noise out. This particular model is the older Series 1 version, but they're still some of the best ANC headphones around.

They normally go for S$499, but you can get them today for an incredible S$399.
