IT enthusiasts who frequented Challenger at Funan DigitaLife Mall should know by now that the homegrown retailer has set up a new 14,000-square-foot flagship store at Bugis Junction (B1–26). The store actually opened two months ago, but it’s until now that the company decided to do a big grand opening sale.

A 1-day sale event that’s happening this coming Saturday, July 1st, there are many items being discounted; and if you’re a member, there are exclusive deals that go up to 85% off the sticker price.

Here’s a list of the day’s highlights:

We’ve talked about some of the available offers in an earlier article, but since sharing is caring, here are a few additional ones.

 

1.) Up to 30% off desktop and notebook PCs

Buying laptops is a still a thing these days, and during the 1-day sale, there will be discounts on all desktop and laptop PCs, including gaming-oriented ones. Participating brands include Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, LG, and Razer. For example, the Lenovo Legion Y720, which comes with a 7th-gen Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics, 1TB HDD, and 256GB SSD, is going for S$2,199 for ValueClub members (U.P: S$2,699).

 

2.) Up to S$200 off Apple products

According to Challenger, there will be some discounts on select iPhone 7/7 Plus, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and iPad Pro models. For example, the late–2016 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar using the 6th-gen Intel Core i5 processor and Intel Iris 550 graphics, with 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD is going for S$2,588.

 

3.) 50% off Valore products

Challenger’s house brand Valore makes a ton of mobility and lifestyle goods: phone accessories, power banks, wireless speakers, drones, action cameras - you name it! At during the sale, you’ll find many of them going for half the sticker price.

 

4.) Buy Aztech coffee maker, get free bread toaster

The Aztech AFC6600 is a drip filter coffee maker. It has an easy to use LCD control panel, and you can set a timer so that you can wake up to a fresh brew every morning. It comes with a 1.8L glass carafe (for up to 12 cups of coffee) and the nylon filter is removable and washable. Going for S$109 for ValueClub members (U.P: S$129), and you even get a free Aztech Silvertone bread toaster (ABT6620) worth S$79. Only 20 units are available, so hurry.

 

5.) Seagate Backup Plus (red) portable HDDs from S$68

If you need more storage for work or for school, there are a few Seagate portable HDDs going on offer. 6.) 50% off Google Chromecast 2

The Chromecast 2 is an easy way to turn your dumb TV into a smart TV. Plug it into the HDMI port on your TV, and within minutes, you can start streaming your favorite shows to the big screen. Supporting 802.11ac Wi-Fi, it also works with iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Mac and Windows laptops, and Chromebooks. 7.) Garmin Vivosmart HR with EZ-Link fitness tracker (black)
