Chimei's Booth

We do know Chimei is one of the experts in the LCD industry but apparently, the company has great ambitions regarding its widescreen displays

The top 22-inch widescreen LCD display from Chimei, this monitor comes with a comprehensive array of I/O options, including a card reader, HDMI and component outputs. A very decent viewing angle of up to 170 degrees horizontally ensure that users can enjoy its true 16.7 million colors and its integrated speakers even from the sidelines.

The cheaper 22-inch option is the Chimei 22D, which has a native resolution of 1680 x 1050 but only has DVI outputs. The contrast rate and display colors are all reduced compared to the 22H but at least you'll still get the same comparable viewing angle.

This 19-inch LCD may have a rather striking and different design compared to other Chimei monitors but its base specifications are slightly inferior, with only analog outputs and a lower contrast ratio of 650:1.

Touch screens look to be the next major trend for display technologies and Chimei has done its fair share of research into this area.

This high definition 47-inch LCD display has a 1080p resolution, a contrast ratio of 1200:1 and a response time of 6.5ms. Connectivity options include S-Video, Component, DVI and analog.
