Printers

Brother

The Brother MFC-L3750CDW is a colour laser-class printer with print, copy, scan and fax functions and a top speed of 24ppm. It comes with a 50-sheet ADF, supports USB Host function, and has a paper tray with a 250-sheet capacity. Buy it at S$468 or S$448 if you’re an educator or a student.

The Brother MFC-T910DW is a 4-in–1 inkjet printer with print, scan, copy, and fax functions. An ink tank printer that uses ink refill bottles, each refill set can print up to 6,500 pages in black and 5,000 pages in color. The MFC-T910DW also supports wired and wireless LAN connectivity, which means it’s easy to share it with other people and print to it wirelessly using a phone or tablet. Going for S$408.

Canon

Canon’s new iNSPiC series of instant printers are at COMEX. You can read about the iNSPiC C and S here, but in a nutshell, the S is the higher-end of the two 2-in–1 camera + printer hybrids, as it offers Bluetooth connectivity and has a ring light for nicer portraits. The P is a portable printer only, so get this if you don’t need the camera function. Price? S$149 for the C, S$189 for the P and S$209 for the S.

The imageCLASS MF645Cx is a laser printer that offers print, scan, copy and fax functions. Print speed is rated at 21ppm (mono and colour), and it has a single-pass duplex ADF at the top for quicker copying of multi-page documents. Going for S$549 and you get a free black toner, free delivery and a free LifeSense blood pressure monitor.

Epson

The EcoTank M2140 is a mono ink tank printer with a 20ipm print speed. It supports auto duplex printing, and is equipped with a 1.44-inch LCD control panel. Going for S$358 at this show, and you get free S$30 NTUC vouchers (S$50 if you do a trade-in) and a trolley for free.

The EcoTank M3170 is a monochrome ink tank AIO printer that supports Wi-Fi connectivity and auto duplex printing. Again, a single black ink bottle costs just S$14.90 and lets you print up to 6,000 pages. Going for S$409 at the show, and you get a free trolley and S$30 NTUC vouchers ($50 if you do a trade-in).

Fuji Xerox

The Fuji Xerox DocuPrint M225 dw is a mono laser printer that prints up to 26ppm. It supports wireless and can do two-sided printing, too. Going for S$239 here.

HP

The new HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw offers a print speed of up to 28ppm (mono) and a scan resolution of up to 1,200 dpi. Priced at just S$279, it’s suitable for those who need a fast printer but don’t need to print in colour. If you need fax, there’s a M148fdw and that’s going for S$299. Both come with free S$50 shopping voucher and trolley.

This OfficeJet Pro 8020 inkjet all-in-one can print at a speed of 20ppm in black and 10ppm in colour. A wireless-enabled printer, it also has 2-sided printing and scan-to-email functions. Going for just S$229, you still get free gifts such as $50 shopping voucher and trolley.

Lexmark

This Lexmark MX421 is a mono laser printer with a print speed of up to 42ppm. Going for S$600 at this show.
