ASUS

The Lyra Trio is ASUS’ latest mesh networking system. It is dual-band, supporting speeds of up to 450Mbps on its 2.4GHz network and 1,300Mbps on its 5GHz network. It is compact and sports a unique pyramidal design that supposedly minimizes interfaces and improves Wi-Fi coverage across floors. A pack of three is going for $345 (U.P $459) and comes with a free USB-AC53 Nano Wi-Fi adapter. You can also get it as a single unit ($142) or as a pack of two ($269).

The Blue Cave is ASUS' newest dual-band AC2600-class router that supports speeds of up to 800Mbps on its 2.4GHz network and 1,733Mbps on its 5GHz network. More importantly, however, is that it looks really sweet. It is a single white hollowed out cube with a blue ring in the middle, hence the name. It is priced at $259 (U.P $339) and comes with a free USB-AC53 Nano Wi-Fi adapter.

The ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AC5300 is the first ROG router that ASUS designed specifically for gamers. It broadcasts up to three networks and supports a total maximum bandwidth of 5,300Mbps. It also comes with features like ROG Game Center and Game Boost, which helps improve networking performance. It is going for $479 (U.P $559) and comes with a free USB-AC53 Nano Wi-Fi adapter.

 

D-Link

The Covr-C1203 is D-Link newest and cutest mesh networking system. Each node is a little puck-like unit that comes with changeable covers. It is a dual-band AC1200-class system, which means it supports speeds of up to 300Mbps on its 2.4GHz network and 867Mbps on its 5GHz network. A 3-pack is going for $199 (U.P S$299).

The D-Link DIR-895L is quite possibly the most affordable AC5300-class router at Comex 2018. It is a tri-band router capable of a supporting a combined bandwidth of 5300Mbps on its two 5GHz networks and single 2.4GHz network. Most importantly, it is going for just $299 (U.P $359)!

Linksys

The Linksys Velop is one of the mesh networking systems that has a dedicated network for backhaul communications. The Velop is a tri-band system that supports speeds of up to 400Mbps on its 2.4GHz network and 867Mbps on its 5GHz network. One of its 5GHz network is set aside for backhaul communications. A 3-pack set is going for $499 (U.P $689) and comes with a free $50 cash card and mystery gift. The 2-pack set is $399 (U.P $449) and also comes with a free $50 cash card. Finally, the single Velop pack is $159 (U.P $299).

New to the Velop family is the dual-band series. Each node is an AC1300-class router that supports speeds of up to 400Mbps on its 2.4GHz network and 867Mbps on its 5GHz network. A 3-pack set is going for $339 (U.P $399) and comes with a free $50 cash card and Belkin wireless charger. The 2-pack set is $239 (U.P $269) and also comes with a free $50 cash card. Finally, the single Velop pack is $119 (U.P $139).

The Linksys WRT32X is a router that was designed especially for gamers. It is a dual-band router that supports speeds of up to 3,200Mbps (N600 + AC2600) and it has a Killer Prioritization Engine that works together with Killer-enabled devices to prioritize gaming traffic. It is going for just $188.

Netgear

The latest firmware update for the Netgear Orbi turns it into a true mesh networking system. The Orbi is one of the fastest mesh networking system around and is the winner of our Best Mesh Networking System award at Tech Awards 2018. It is an AC3000-class tri-band router capable of supporting speeds of up to 400Mbps on its 2.4GHz network amd 867Mbps on its 5GHz network. It has a separate 5GHz network that is dedicated to backhaul communications and that supports speeds of up to 1,733Mbps. A 3-pack is priced at $788 (U.P $949) while a 2-pack is going for $488 (U.P $649).

The Netgear Arlo Pro is a truly wireless security camera system that shoots in HD, supports 2-way audio, and has integrated night vision and motion detection. The 2-cam system is $488 (U.P $699), while the 4-cam system is $988 (U.P $1,199).

 

TP-Link

TP-Link's Deco M5 is one of the most affordable mesh networking systems available. A single Deco M5 node is going for $99 (U.P $105), a 2-pack is going for $178 ($198), and a 3-pack is going for $249 (U.P $299).

The Deco M9 Plus is TP-Link's newest mesh networking system. It is a tri-band system and it also has built-in smart home hub functions supporting Bluetooth 4.2 and ZigBee. A 2-pack is going for $359 (U.P $369) and comes with a free HS100 Wi-Fi Smart Plug.
