Zalman has a really funky toy for the FPS enthusiast out there and it is called the FPS Gun, or the FPS Gaming Mouse FG1000, whichever suits you more. This mouse has an inverted gun model design, and operates similarly to a traditional joystick, except that you move the whole unit. Quick specifications include 2000dpi sensor, 1ms response time, 1000Hz polling rate, 5-programmable buttons and on-the-fly dpi control.

How it would look like using the FPS Gun.

The LQ1000 case was a winner of the CES 2008 Designs and Engineering award and is actually a fusion of two of Zalman's flagship products, the Reserator XT water cooling system and the Z-Machine GT1000 casing.

A closer look at the interior and how Zalman has setup the whole rig. Interestingly, notice that there seem to be two reservoirs or pumps, one at the top and one smaller one at the bottom.

Though not new, Zalman was promoting their HD160-series HTPC cases. These HTPC cases are designed to support high performance power supplies, GPUs and HDDs with plenty of ventilation all round and still manage to look mighty stunning in the process. The HD160 Plus features a DFSTN LCD front panel that provides user access to features like a graphical equalizer, volume, power, HDD operation and time. Inside, you get five 3.5-inch bays, one 5.25-inch bay and a decent amount of room for expansion and CPU cooler installation.

The HD160XT Plus is essentially the same case, but instead of a DFSTN LCD, we have a 7-inch XGA touchscreen LCD, and an expanded set of control buttons.
