In Company of Heroes, the GeForce 8600 GTS is probably a little put of its league, though without anti-aliasing, even the standard GeForce 8600 GTS could manage a minimum of 30 frames per second. Overclocking helped on paper but the differences were hardly convincing and we doubt users would notice the 1 - 2 frame improvements. Meanwhile, Quake 4 was easily handled by all cards and having an overclocked card here meant an increase of more than 10 frames/sec at lower resolutions.
