If you had finish watching Netflix’s live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender series, then you would not have been surprised to hear this: the streaming service has confirmed not one but two new seasons that will steer The Legend of Aang toward its conclusion.
Accompanying the announcement is a teaser image, which seems to hint that the new seasons will focus and explore the realms of the Earth Kingdom and Fire Nation respectively – just like the animated series.

That the live-action has gotten a two-season renewal is not surprising, actually. Netflix says its Avatar: The Last Airbender was the number one English TV show on its platform with 41.1 million views in just the first 11 days. The series was also number one in 76 countries and in the Top 10 in 92, including our sunny island Singapore.
Unfortunately, Netflix has not disclosed when production for the two seasons will begin, nor did it say when we can expect to catch them on the platform.
