Star Wars' Mandalorian finally speaks in an intense new trailer
Blink, and you might miss an appearance by the super battle droids from the prequels.
The Mandalorian’s second trailer has been released! This trailer is a tad more revealing than the first trailer we got - but a tease all the same.
This series comes from the mind of Jon Favreau, centering on a bounty hunter from the planet Mandalore. Set five years after Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, the series will show us the grimiest, grittiest parts of the galaxy - far from the authority of the New Republic. Remember Firefly? Pretty much that, but Star Wars.
The Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal) gathers a rag-tag team including - but possibly not limited to - Cara Dune (Gina Carano) and IG-11 (Taika Waititi). The team goes after a target assigned to them by a former Imperial commander (Werner Herzog).
Other actors like Nick Nolte, Giancarlo Esposito, Carl Weathers, Emily Swallow, Ming-Na Wen and comedian Bill Burr also join the series’ cast. The Mandalorian will launch with Disney+ on November 12. Unfortunately, we still have no word of a Singapore or Malaysia release date.
