In the anime, we see Amanda Waller assemble the Suicide Squad consisting of Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Peacemaker, Clayface, and King Shark for a mission. The villains are sent into another world, ISEKAI - filled with orcs, dragons, swords, and sorcery.

With lethal explosives implanted in their necks, the suicide squad have no choice but to complete their quest in this new world - or face certain death.

Voicing the characters include Anna Nagase (JJK) as Harley Quinn, Yuuchirou Umehara (Mashle) as The Joker, Reigo Yamaguchi as Deadshot and Takehito Koyasu as Peacemaker among others.

Suicide Squad ISEKAI premieres on 27 June on HBO GO with new episodes available weekly. HBO GO is available from S$9.99/mth and you can click here to subscribe to the service.
