Apple Arcade has kicked off the new year with a slew of intriguing games. Among them, Three Kingdoms Heroes by Koei Tecmo is arguably the standout entry – it being the latest entry in the renowned Romance of the Three Kingdom (RoTK) series.
In any case and for those unfamiliar, the RoTK series is a long-standing staple of strategy gaming that started out for PC and is rooted in historical events and political intrigue from ancient China. The latest game builds on this legacy, delivering an experience tailored to modern gamers. With its inclusion on Apple Arcade, the game is now also accessible to a broader audience, allowing players to command legendary generals and navigate the complex alliances and conflicts that define the series.

The other additions to Apple Arcade showcased the service’s ambition to cater to a wider variety of gamers. For skateboarding enthusiasts, there’s Skate City: New York while Gears & Goo is a base-building game for the Apple Vision Pro. Then there’s familiar names like Final Fantasy+ and Trials of Mana+, remastered for Apple devices.
Apple Arcade is available for S$9.98 per month with a one-month free trial. Customers who purchase a new iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV receive three months of Apple Arcade for free. To subscribe, click here.
