While it's not quite as epic as RDR2, the game's expansion Undead Nightmare is a whole lot of fun.

Red Dead Redemption, the original wild wild west classic from Rockstar, is finally coming to PC after its earlier ports on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Rockstar has revealed that both the base game and its wild, non-canonical spin-off, Undead Nightmare, will arrive on PC on 29 October. This long-awaited port is set to include a host of PC-specific features to enhance the experience, such as:

YouTube video player
  • Native 4K resolution at up to 144Hz refresh rate
  • Support for ultra- and super-ultrawide monitors
  • Mouse and keyboard integration (as expected)
  • Upscaling with Nvidia DLSS 3.7 and AMD FSR 3.0
  • NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation
  • Adjustable draw distance and shadow quality settings

While we continue to wait with bated breath for GTA VI, Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare will have to do for now for PC gamers – and just in time for the spooky season too.
