In many ways, innovation is like Formula One racing - if you get complacent on the track just because you're ahead of the competition, someone is bound to overtake you sooner or later. As such, it's crucial to always stay focused and look for areas you can improve on - and in the case of the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds, those improvements are coming in the form of two new features.

Although the lifestyle giant's first take on a pair of true wireless earbuds is already pretty good as is, it seems that they've decided to do us one better by releasing an updated "second generation" model which sports both Razer Chroma RGB lighting and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) as well.

Granted, most of us are pretty well-acquainted with such features and terms by now, but that doesn't make them any less welcome on a pair of Hammerhead earbuds. In addition to these, it would seem that the company has also enhanced the microphone and the eartips while they're at it. Apparently, the updated Hammerheads will not only feature embedded dual environmental noise-cancelling (ENC) microphones, but they will also feature new in-ear silicon tips, all the while maintaining their chunky 32.5-hour battery life as well as the company's ultra-low latency Gaming Mode.

As for availability and pricing, the new Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds are currently retailing for S$189.90 at Razer.com and all authorised retailers.
