Razer's iconic and 'kawaii' Kraken Kitty V2 headsets get new white and black colour refresh

You might know them as the 'cat ear headphones', but Razer's Kraken Kitty headsets are some of the more immediately recognisable products the company has ever put out. Currently sold in three variants, the wired Kraken Kitty V2 and V2 Pro, and the wireless V2 BT, Razer is refreshing the lineup with new colours.

In particular, the base and BT variants of the Kraken Kitty V2 now come in White, joining the existing Quartz (or pink) colourway that the headset is mostly known for, and a colour that was strangely missing from the lineup. The White colourway also feature pinkish-to-light purple accents.

Additionally, Razer is also releasing a version of the Kraken Kitty V2 BT in its signature black-and-green colours. This colourway is also one that has been missing in the V2 BT lineup, which one might consider a bit curious given that these have been Razer's iconic brand colours since the start.

As a result, the base and BT Kraken Kitty V2s now come in Razer's White, Black and Quartz colours. Prior to this, the colourways sold across the different variants of the V2s have been incomplete and a mix of the three, so if messing up your colour-coordinated Razer setup was what's stopping you from getting these famous (or infamous) cat ear headphones, problem solved. The only headset missing from the equation now is the V2 Pro, which is only offered in Quartz and Black.

As with the already existing Kraken Kitty V2 colourways, these headsets come with Chroma RGB, especially good if you want to accent the ears with different colours.

Availability and Pricing

The Razer Kraken Kitty V2 in White, along with the Kraken Kitty V2 BT in White and Black, are all now available on Razer's site for S$155.90, going for the same price as the existing Kraken Kitty V2 colourways.
