Nintendo Switch 2 launches in Singapore on 26 June, with pre-orders beginning from 9 June

The Nintendo Switch 2 hits retail globally on 5 June, but not every country will get it on day one. As covered earlier, Nintendo Southeast Asia announced that the highly-anticipated gaming handheld will arrive in our region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines) sometime between July and September 2025.

Well, it looks like someone decided to move the date earlier - the Switch 2 will be launching in Singapore on 26 June. Pricing and pre-order details are not available yet from official distributor Convergent System, but we do know a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart bundle will be available.

Convergent System has confirmed that pre-orders begin from 9 June and these details (including the all-important pricing information) will be available then. Nintendo's official distributor has also confirmed that a standalone Nintendo Switch 2 along with a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle will be on sale at the following retailers: Best Denki, Challenger, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman, iShopChangi, Krisshop, Metapod, Popular, Takashimaya, Toys' R Us.

The Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle includes the following:

• Nintendo Switch 2 Console
• Mario Kart World full game (Download Code)
• Joy-Con 2 (L) in Light Blue
• Joy-Con 2 (R) in Light Red
• Nintendo Switch 2 AC Adapter
• USB-C Charging Cable
• Nintendo Switch 2 Dock
• Joy-Con 2 Grip
• Joy-Con 2 Strap (×2)

Now is probably a good time to hold on to your end-of-the-month salary.
