Mobile Legend has revealed, Suyou, an assassin who brings a unique blend of crowd control skills to the MOBA game.
To give a brief background, Suyou is from the fictional city of Zhu’an, where he was rescued by Nuo during a tumultuous period. This led Suyou to embark on a decade-long journey, to understand his faith and role as a protector.
Here’s an overview of Suyou’s abilities

Passive - Transient Immortal | Suyou takes on his Mortal form and gains extra Movement Speed. | Suyou goes back to his Immortal form, increasing his Basic Attack range and Damage Reduction. Additional Physical Attacks from enemies will also increase his Damage Reduction. |
Skill 1 - Blade Surge | Suyou throws his weapon in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies in his path. He blinks to catch the weapon and unleashes a slash behind him as he deals damage to the enemies getting hit. | Holding and releasing his first skill causes Suyou to charge in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies in his path. If he hits an enemy, he will stop, dealing damage and stunning enemies in a rectangular perimeter in front of him. The charge distance increases with the hold time. |
Skill 2 - Soul Sever | Suyou performs a sweeping attack with his weapon, dealing Physical Damage to enemies in a fan-shaped area. Additional damage will be dealt based on the target's lost HP after a short delay. | Holding and releasing his second skill causes Suyou to perform three slashes in a fan-shaped motion, dealing Physical Damage in the first two hits. The third motion deals additional Physical Damage while restoring his HP. |

Just based on his ability description, there’s a lot to learn about Suyou. He is an assassin who can switch between mortal and immortal forms. As a physical attacker, Suyou has access to six distinct skills which enable him to engage and disengage from battles quickly. This, combined with his crowd control abilities allows him to be versatile and fit in a variety of team compositions.
Similar to Benedetta, where she has her tap and hold ability, players can tap on his skills for his mortal form or hold them for his immortal form, with each skill providing different benefits and attack patterns. Additionally, his passive also grants movement speed in mortal form which goes well with his assassin class.
Suyou will be available for play on the Global servers from 21 September onward following a game update. In the meantime, check out his cinematic trailer here.
