Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

Man, for the love of - hey, 2020, hit the brakes already! You've had your fun for the past 357 days - move over!
Still...I guess this new one isn't all bad - it even fills your tummy, and who's going to say no to piping-hot fried chicken any day of the week? Long story short, KFC (yes, the one with 11 herbs and spices) has just released a brand new PC with 4K resolution and 240fps gaming capabilities that's not just VR-ready, but even comes with a built-in chicken warmer so you can get both your clicks and your clucks in while you game.
Oh, don't look so surprised. By comparison, this is probably one of the tamer and more entertaining surprises we've gotten in this rollercoaster of a year, and it's not like KFC didn't drop us any hints. They actually teased this device back in June, but given the lack of a relevant link between fried chicken and PC development, nobody actually took them seriously.

Anyway, this new gizmo, which was developed collaboratively with Cooler Master is aptly titled the KFConsole, and show off on the KFC Gaming Twitter account. Given its high-end specs, it really doesn't look like KFC is running an April Fools' gag four months early. According to KFC's PR head Mark Cheevers, the KFConsole is perfectly able to run top-shelf games flawlessly, and he even tosses in a light-hearted jab at Microsoft and Sony, dropping an open invitation if they'd like to find out how to "engineer a chicken chamber" in their hardware.
As for pricing and availability, the company has yet to reveal any of those details, so you probably won't be getting this literal embodiment of "winner, winner, chicken dinner" any time soon. Yeah, it's quite a pity, but now that we think about it, the KFConsole does have one other use...if you tell your wife that this is actually a new chicken warmer rather than a gaming PC, you aren't technically lying, are you?
