Horizon Forbidden West sees the return of Aloy and Sylens, who seem to travel to new locations across the post-apocalyptic West in this game. The world has recovered from an almost extinction-level event, filled with lush vegetative life, animal-like robots and tribes of humans.

The trailer showed off a whole lot of new stuff - including gameplay of Aloy swimming and discovering strange underwater ruins, meeting a dragon-like hologram and fending off human enemies on giant robot elephants. There are a couple other new robot types in this sequel as well, including boars and giant turtles.

Horizon Zero Dawn has become a runaway success for Sony, having become one of PlayStation 4’s bestselling games. The game is turning into its own massive franchise, with multiple sequels and a comicbook series on the way. The first game’s PlayStation-exclusive days are numbered, as well - since it’s coming to PC later this year.

No release date has been revealed for Horizon Forbidden West.
