Civilization VII is now available on Apple Arcade
Apple Arcade subscribers can now play Civilization VII on their iPhones, iPads, and Macs.
As a long-time fan of the Civilization series, I am excited to announce that fellow fans of the turn-based map strategy game series can now fire up the latest instalment, Civilization VII, on their iPhone, iPad and Mac via Apple Arcade.
The new strategy game officially launched on Apple Arcade on 5 February 2026, letting gamers dive in without extra purchases or ads, as long as they are already subscribed to Apple Arcade.

What is Civilization?
The Civilization series is a turn-based strategy game where players can play as legendary historical leaders who lead their empire or civilization through the ages. Players can construct cities, world wonders, and armies to grow their territory, improve their civilization with technology, conquer rival civilizations and explore the unknown world, all in a bid to create a civilization great enough to stand the test of time.
