SingTel held a media briefing this afternoon to update on the service recovery efforts at the Bukit Panjang Exchange. Read on for the highlights of their efforts and related updates as and when we get new notifications.
Earlier this afternoon on 9th October, a fire broke out at SingTel's Bukit Panjang exchange, leading to partial mobile, TV, and phone outages across Singapore. Since some vendors lease SingTel's infrastructure, other service providers are also affected. Check out the updates on the repair and restoration works.
