Starhub has joined other top Asian carriers in building and operating the Asia Submarine-Cable Express, a 7,200 kilometre undersea cable system linking Singapore directly to Japan, the Philippines and Hong Kong. This cable system will enable a bandwidth carrying capacity in excess of 15 terabits per second.
