StarHub just issued a media statement to update on the status of its fibre broadband service which are affected by the fire at SingTel's Bukit Panjang Exchange on 9 October.
SingTel held a media briefing this afternoon to update on the service recovery efforts at the Bukit Panjang Exchange. Read on for the highlights of their efforts and related updates as and when we get new notifications.
Earlier this afternoon on 9th October, a fire broke out at SingTel's Bukit Panjang exchange, leading to partial mobile, TV, and phone outages across Singapore. Since some vendors lease SingTel's infrastructure, other service providers are also affected. Check out the updates on the repair and restoration works.

StarHub has partnered Asurion to launch Singapore’s first mobile phone after-sales support plan, SmartSupport. The plan enables StarHub Mobile post-paid customers to easily get remote technical support for their phone, back up their phone data to the secure cloud, and replace a defective or misplaced phone quickly.
