While the alleged iPad Mini is still somewhat of a mystery, mockups of cases for the device have seemed to further cement its possible existence. According to 9to5Mac, case maker DeviceWear has posted up and later took down a website containing some nice renders of the iPad Mini sheathed in their cases.

Apple will be updating their iPod touch this year "using the same in-cell display technology rumored to be used in the next iPhone", according to a new report from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. The device will also be closely modeled after the iPhone 4S as well, according to Japanese blog Macotakara.

ZooGue has obtained what seems to be photos of the iPad mini's rear panel, sparking off a discussion that Apple is not only "going for the same new speaker grille design as on the iPhone 5 components we’ve seen" but will also feature a "smaller dock connector". Bloomberg also reports hearing that the iPad Mini will not feature the Retina Display.
