As listed on CES 2013 official website, ZTE will be unveiling its 5-inch full HD display flagship option, the ZTE Grand S, on January 8th at the major consumer electronics trade show.
The Korea Times has now reported that Samsung is planning to launch a Samsung Galaxy Note III with a 6.3-inch OLED display in 2013.
It's been only a couple of weeks since the alleged Sony Xpera 'Odin' emerged on the web and there are already new leaks and rumors about another 5-inch Xperia 'phablet', the Xperia 'Yuga'. These devices have not been officially revealed by the company and by the looks of it, they might just very well be the same product due to the alarming similarities that they share.

Huawei has just confirmed that it is working on "an oversized" Ascend Mate smartphone, one that's positioned to be Samsung's Galaxy Note II competitor. The device has been alleged to come with a huge 6.1-inch full HD 1080p display while running a 1.8GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM.
