Nikon has just announced the Nikon 1 V3, a new mirrorless system camera with a new autofocus system that can shoot up to 20-60 frames per second. Two new lenses for the Nikon 1 have also been announced.

Panasonic has just announced the Lumix DMC-GH4 mirrorless system camera, which comes with new autofocus (AF) technology and the ability to shoot 4K video. The GH4 is the successor to the GH3 which was announced in late 2012.

Canon has announced a successor to its first mirrorless system camera, the EOS M. The EOS M2 looks set to address the sluggish auto-focus speeds we found on the M, with a new Hybrid CMOS AF II system which promises to be 2.3 times faster than its predecessor.

Panasonic has announced a new premium, ultra-compact mirrorless system camera. The Lumix DMC-GM1 boasts an incredibly compact body but is also a powerhouse - it has the same 16MP sensor inside as the Lumix GX7.

Sony has announced two new full-frame mirrorless system cameras, the A7 and A7R. The two bodies are nearly identical, the A7 has a 24MP sensor while the A7R has a 36MP sensor with no optical low-pass filter. Both cameras are designed around the Sony NEX E-mount and will be available in November.

Olympus has revealed a brand new flagship camera, the OM-D E-M1, scheduled for release in November. The E-M1 features a new sensor, 5-axis image stabilization, a built-in EVF and a combination AF system which allows it to mount the Zuiko lenses from Olympus' Four Thirds system.
