A feature on the 55-inch Samsung ES9500 OLED TV that has many gushing over here at IFA 2012 is the Multi View feature. Simply put, Samsung has taken two video signals and put them on the TV at the same time, and using the special active shutter glasses, you can choose which video you want to watch.

Samsung is showcasing its 55-inch ES9500 OLED TV at IFA 2012. Also on show is the 75-inch LED ES9000 Smart TV with a rose-gold bezel and the latest Smart Content. The Samsung Smart Hub demoed Angry Birds, played for the first time on Samsung Smart TV using gestures.

LG Display on Tuesday announced that eleven people, including six of its own employees, have been charged with stealing advanced OLED TV display technology from Samsung. Three of those charged are under Samsung's current employment as well.

LG has gone back to the drawing board for their imminent 55EM9600 OLED TV, judging by the carbon fiber back and sturdier stand which the display sports. There are murmurs of a steeper price tag too, compared to initial rumors of a US$8,000 retail price.
