Singtel will be waiving local mobile data charges for all postpaid customers on May 1, Friday. The telco also thanked its customers for their patience and understanding during the mobile data service incident on April 22, Wednesday.

M1 announced today the launch of Singapore's first nationwide next-generation 4G network, with download speeds of up to 300mbps. All existing M1 customers currently signed up to one of M1's LTE 4G plans will be able to enjoy the faster download speeds at no additional charge.
