SingTel today announced the launch of Singapore's first 4G service for smartphone users. The new Flexi and iFlexi plans will offer data bundles from 2GB to 12GB with excess charges revised to S$5.35 per GB and a data cap of S$88 per month.

The Samsung Galaxy S III will be available on the 29th from both StarHub and M1. Samsung Mobile Singapore has confirmed that the smartphone will be in stores from 30th May with collection for pre-orders from all telcos starting on 29th of May.

Customers who register their interest at StarHub will be contacted via phone or email after 25 May. In addition, the first 1,000 pre-registered customers will receive the Galaxy S III Essential Accessory Gift Pack worth S$240.
With the Samsung Galaxy S III expected to be available in Singapore by end May, SingTel launched a page on its website for consumers to register their interest.

Singtel has officially apologized for its Mio TV disruptions, citing the large number of viewers to be the cause of its technical glitches, Straits Times reports.
