Qualcomm Deepens Collaboration with Singapore

Qualcomm today announced its plans to establish an integrated circuit (IC) design and engineering R&D Center in Singapore. In addition, it is working with a local school and Microsoft on the WE Learn mobile education project, which uses 3G smartphones to build a 21st century classroom experience.
