Although the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update is ready to be rolled out to the Eee Pad Transformer, ASUS claimed that it is awaiting approval from Google.
The Android 4.0 update will be rolling out to the Motorola Xoom (Wi-Fi) and Razr in Q2 2012, followed by the Xoom 2 in Q3. No time frame is available at this moment for the Xoom (Wi-Fi + 3G) model.

Motorola is expected to unveil its first Intel-powered Android 4.0 handset at Mobile World Congress 2012. Besides running on Intel's Medfield processor, the biggest selling feature of the unnamed device is its camera, which is said to boast instant-on and 15-frame-per-second burst mode.

Lenovo announced its plans to bring Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to its business-centric ThinkPad Tablet sometime in Q2 this year. No specific dates are given at the moment.

Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy S III will not be announced at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012. It will hold a separate event in the first half of this year to unveil the phone instead.
