ASUS issued a statement that the Android 4.1 update will be available for the Transformer Pad Prime, Transformer Pad TF300 and Transformer Pad Infinity TF700 "in the coming months". A local ASUS spokesperson confirmed with us that the PadFone will also be receiving the Jelly Bean update.
