The Galaxy Note 5 may not be the only phablet Samsung is releasing next month. After being spotted in a listing on the IDA website, leaked pictures of an extra large version of the Galaxy S6 Edge, called the Galaxy S6 Edge+, have appeared online.

Dutch website GSM Help Desk claims that Samsung will be announcing the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 on 20 July.
DigiTimes reports that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd (TSMC) is on schedule to deliver 10nm chips in the first quarter of 2017. With Intel confirming that its 10nm process is only ready in the second half of 2017, TSMC may have beaten Intel in the 10nm race.

DigiTimes and SamMobile report that Samsung is planning to launch the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ on 12 August. In addition, both devices are expected to hit retail shelves on 21 August.
Samsung has filed a trademark for Apps Edge, which hints that the company may be developing apps optimized to make use of the edge displays of its Galaxy devices.
SamMobile received information from inside sources that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will come with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. This puts the phablet device on par with the upcoming OnePlus 2.
